| The main task of the Member
Service Department is to not only bridge enterprises and government
organizations but also to build a platform for enterprises to exchange
ideas, cooperate and fully make use of all government, association
and enterprises resources to provide maximum benefits to all members.
1. Membership Administration: Recruiting new members, Collecting
membership dues.
2. Organize seminars for member companies including preferential
government policies, taxation and customs etc.
3. Consulting and Coordination: Provide consulting services,
understand and help resolve member company issues.
4. Channel member companies¡¯ requests to relevant government
agencies, and advise member companies on the procedures for dealing
with government agencies.
5. Establish platform for member companies and government agencies,
and organize entertainment, sports and other activities for member
companies.
6. Organize senior management delegations to visit and participate
domestic exhibitions on behalf of Shenzhen¡¯s high-tech industry.
7. Establish and maintain the information flow of SHIA, collecting
both internal and external information to serve membership companies.
8. Publish the <Journal of the Shenzhen Hi-Tech Industry Association>
and the <Catalog of Shenzhen Hi-Tech Products>etc.
9. Assist member companies in setting up their own company marketing
plan to promote their company images.
